Caroline Derksen is a trained death doula and certified memorial celebrant based in Vancouver, BC, offering compassionate, culturally sensitive end-of-life care, grief support, and educational workshops.
She provides non-medical guidance including advance care planning, vigil presence, legacy projects, and practical support to help individuals and families navigate the dying process with dignity and connection. Caroline also leads workshops for educators, caregivers, and professionals to build grief literacy and strengthen bereavement response skills.
